1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair, David Rees MS, welcomed Members and witnesses to the meeting. Apologies were received from Paul Davies MS and Russell George MS; Laura Jones MS and Peter Fox MS substituted for them, respectively.
2 Equality and human rights
2.1 The Committee scrutinised the First Minister on policy relating to Equality and Human Rights.
3 Ministerial scrutiny sessions - the co-operation agreement
3.1 The Committee asked the First Minister and Adam Price MS questions relating to policy included in the Co-Operation Agreement, following the recent one year anniversary of its introduction.
4 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:
4.1 The motion was agreed.
5 Discussion of previous evidence sessions
5.1 The Committee discussed the evidence from the two sessions.
6 Discussion of future meetings
6.1 The Committee discussed the approach to future meetings, and agreed the date, venue and theme for the next meeting.
